We have to eat in order to have the energy to perform our daily tasks and to enjoy the many beautiful things in this world. However, do we really know what to eat so that we can be healthy? Many diseases are associated with unhealthy eating. Hence, it is important to know what to eat so that we will not be victims of such diseases. For this week's journal writing, I would like you to discuss and reflect on healthy eating.

I have to eat healthy food! I must eat fruits and vegetables!
Most children like eat french fries,potato chips and chocolates!Drinks like coke,sprite are all human favourites! Being healthy is very important! If we fall ill, the illness will become more serious. We may have diabetes and we will suffer.
Fruits and vegetables will help us to become healthy and strong! We will not fall sick easily. For me, I love fruits but i eat very little veggies.
I like fruits like watermelon,peach,mango,orange,pear and many more! For vegetables, I prefer water cress, broccoli and long beans. I think they help me grow! Yes, I will support the school campaign. We can organise some games related to food!
