T2W7 Journal Writing : Classroom Cleanliness

Hi Everyone,

Do you clean your classroom every day? For this week's journal writing, I would like you to reflect on your classroom cleanliness. To help you with this task, I will list some questions below:

1. Do you think your classroom is clean? Why/Why not?
2. Why do you think it is important to keep the classroom clean?
3. How do you keep your classroom clean every day?
4. Which classroom cleaning activity did you participate in? (sweeping the floor, emptying the basket, cleaning the whiteboard, etc)
5. What have you learnt from this activity?
6. What school values have you learnt from the classroom cleaning activity?

Waiting to read your reflection soon.
Bye!
Mr Ng

Hello I am Hanna.

Here are my answers for this post:

Classroom cleanliness.

I think that keeping our surrounding clean is important because insects like lizards and cockroaches may be having a good time there. We should keep the place clean and tidy to prevent pests from coming.

My classroom is untidy and needs improvement. My classroom floor is always filled with papers , tissuses and even worksheets! Sometimes, when this happens , a teacher of another class will come in and teach us a lesson about cleanliness. Keeping the classroom clean is the class 's respondsibility. We should clean the classroom, sweep the floors, and pick up litters we find in the class.

I keep my classroom clean by picking up pieces of papers under the chairs , tables or on the floor.
This way, the classroom will be litter-free! I participate in cleaning the whiteboard. Sometimes , when the teacher finish teaching chinese , my friends and i will take turns to clean the whiteboard.

I learnt that being clean is important . It applies to our everyday life too! I think i learnt Self-Discipline in this activity. We must have self- discipline so that we can improve in our school, life and work!
